By Purchasing, I accept that these are live plants / Plant Propagation materials (Scions, Cuttings,etc. ) and buyer agrees to not hold the seller liable for failed propagation. In the event that the plant material is delivered in dead or unacceptable condition, Buyer has the right to request a replacement or partial refund for items. Buyer agrees to provide photo evidence withing 48 Hours of Delivery to be warrantied under such claims.
