Bullock’s Heart is a mango cultivar originating from Egypt, distinct from an Australian variety with the same name. The fruit matures to a greenish-yellow color.
Flesh is soft, fiberless, and has a mild Indochinese-type flavor, comparable to Hindi Bessenara and Zebda. Trees exhibit a moderately vigorous, upright growth habit with an open canopy.
In Florida, Bullock’s Heart is classified as a mid-season mango, typically ripening in July.
