Cat Hoa Loc is a mango from Vietnam, widely recognized and cultivated on a commercial scale in its home country, with export markets abroad.
The fruit are medium-sized, yellow at maturity, and oblong-sigmoid in shape. The stem often displays a faint but noticeable ring. Flesh is yellow, fiber-free, and has a rich, high-quality Indochinese-type flavor. The seed is polyembryonic.
Trees have a moderately vigorous, vertical growth habit with open canopy. Fruit typically ripen from June through July. The cultivar demonstrates very good resistance to common mango diseases.
